Orders may be placed directly online or by contacting one of our sales or customer service representatives. You may also call 973-244-4444 for assistance, or email All orders placed online, emailed or faxed will be processed and a copy of your sales order will be emailed to you for your reference. Please call or email us immediately if you notice any discrepancies on the order.

All in stock items typically ship within 7 business days. Custom items do increase lead times and are not returnable or refundable. Please note lead times provided on website at time selections are made.

 For help with custom orders, please contact your sales consultant directly, or our customer service representative at 973-244-4444, or email Custom orders include any specification that differs from the description online, such as modifying the height of a ceiling fixture or hardwire of a sconce. A sales and customer service representative will be glad to assist you in discussing custom capabilities and obtaining quotes with estimated lead times. All custom orders are non-returnable and non refundable.

Returns & Claims Policy

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Claims for damage or shipping discrepancies must be made within 24 hours of arrival and retain all packing material. Our customer service team will arrange the replacement order as quickly as possible. Luxe Light Studio does not receive any RMA items directly at any time.

 **All RMA items when approved will be returned directly to the manufacturer**

  • Returns are accepted with 30 days of delivery for uninstalled, non-custom fixtures in all original packaging.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee.
  • Prior authorization is required for all returns. Any return received without prior authorization will be ineligible for a Luxe Light Studio refund and will only be returned to you at your expense.
  • All fixtures must be in original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.
  • Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, including insurance for the full retail value of the item.
  • Installed items may not be returned.
  • Customized items may not be returned.
  • Shades and parts purchased individually may not be returned.
  • Any “sale” items are a final sale. Not returnable or refundable.
  • The exact amount of the refund less applicable restocking fees will be determined once the fixture has safely reached the warehouse and been inspected.
  • This process generally takes 7 to 10 days after the product has been received into the warehouse. Your credit card will then be credited for the appropriate refund based on the inspection, and a copy of the return credit will be emailed to you at that time.

If manufacturer denies credit upon inspection on any return for any reason, a credit will not be provided by Luxe Light Studio.
